Warranty Process

  1. Please place a warranty request at our support website http://support.iberry.asia
  2. Once you have placed the support request our service personnel will call you to diagonise the problem through phone / e-mail.
  3. Once the item is investigated a courier pick-up would be arranged by iberry to our Service Center.
  4. After issue rectification the item would be shipped back to you at Free of Cost.
  5. In the meantime you can see the update of the item through the support portal using the e-mail address and ticket id generated.

* - Free Pick Up and Onsite Warranty is applicable only on the selected pincodes & models. Customers of other pincodes can send it to the nearest service center. Click Here for Pin Code Search
