Warranty Process
- Please place a warranty request at our support website http://support.iberry.asia
- Once you have placed the support request our service personnel will call you to diagonise the problem through phone / e-mail.
- Once the item is investigated a courier pick-up would be arranged by iberry to our Service Center.
- After issue rectification the item would be shipped back to you at Free of Cost.
- In the meantime you can see the update of the item through the support portal using the e-mail address and ticket id generated.
